Sodium, potassium and magnesium. Magnesium comes from two organic forms, and one source of sodium is natural Kłodawa rock salt.
Creatine and taurine are osmotically active compounds, included with hydration at cell level in mind.
Niacin and magnesium contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. The formula is complemented by D-ribose, acetyl-L-carnitine, L-malic acid and adenosine.
Sodium and glucose are absorbed together in the small intestine, a mechanism that supports the uptake of water.

Dissolve 1 sachet in about 250 ml of water, stir and drink. Take one sachet a day and do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
One box holds 30 sachets (30 × 13.88 g), which is 30 days at one sachet a day.
Each sachet contains 1,705.5 mg creatine monohydrate (1,500 mg creatine), 3,000 mg D-ribose, 309 mg acetyl-L-carnitine, 150 mg L-malic acid, 200 mg L-taurine, 175 mg sodium, 550 mg potassium, 150 mg magnesium, 20 mg niacin and 15 mg adenosine 5′-monophosphate, plus 4 g of glucose.
